But Kelly Roland has wasted no time in snapping back into shape and showed off her amazing figure in all its glory as she arrived at a recording studio in Los Angeles on Monday.
Dressed in black gym leggings and a printed T-shirt, the 34-year-old singer appeared to be in great and relaxed spirits as she made her way along the streets.

She teamed her daytime wear with a casual hoodie and a trendy pair of neon sneakers, while toting her belongings in a large designer handbag.
Covering her head underneath a dark baseball cap, Kelly allowed her natural beauty to shine by going completely make-up free.
Her sighting was the perfect opportunity for the star to show off her incredibly toned physique after giving birth to baby son Titan in November.

During a recent interview with Extra, Kelly revealed she has lost 70 pound since becoming a mother.
'Jeanette Jenkins is the secret, SoulCycle is the secret,' she confessed, before adding, 'When I go in there and it’s the wee hours of the morning she is a great secret, so motivational.’
The American star - who married the father of her child, Tim Witherspoon, last May - also discussed her personal diet plan, which involves 80 percent healthy food and 20 percent whatever she wants.
'The 80/20 rule is all the way real, 80 percent of the time you eat those foods giving you nourishment, you’re eating clean,' she explained.

So it's no surprise that the two stars looked incredibly friendly and very much like old pals as they attended the launch of Jay Z's new music streaming service Tidal on Monday night.
Rihanna, 27, and Madonna, 56, certainly appeared like the best of friends as they joked around for the cameras together at the Skylight Moynihan Station in New York.

Her retro but current ensemble was completed with a very short mini skirt in a matching print, which showed off her lean and toned pins perfectly as she cocked a leg around Madonna.

Alicia Keys said the artists hope Tidal will 'forever change the course of music history' and ensure the viability of the industry at Monday's launch event in New York City.
The celebrities - which also included Nicki Minaj, Jason Aldean, Usher, Arcade Fire and deadmau5 - stood in a line, and in solidarity by mostly wearing black onstage as Keys spoke to the audience at Skylight at Moynihan Station in Manhattan.
'So we come together before you on this day, March 30th, 2015, with one voice in unity in the hopes that today will be another one of those moments in time, a moment that will forever change the course of music history.'

The membership-based service - similar to subscription service Spotify - will provide music and exclusive video content that users can stream on computers, tablets and smartphones or listen to offline.
Both Madonna and Rihanna, along with the other stars, signed a document up on stage at the huge announcement, as the high-profile owners of the music service.
After the event, Madonna posted a message to her millions of followers on Twitter and Instagram.
'Tidal is not about consumption and greed! Its about protecting an art-form that is beloved to all of us MUSIC! #rebelhearts stand together for what they believe in!' she wrote.
And the night didn't end their for busy Rihanna, as she later went on to her best friend's fashion launch, swapping her chic ensemble for something altogether more urban and funky.
