The 49-year-old ended up giving a cheeky bum flash to photographers and fellow guests as she made her way into the bash in a backless nude Donna Karan gown.

Elizabeth's dramatic dress featured a long and flowing train that added a ladylike touch to her look.
Her sleeveless frock hugged her slender waistline while also showcasing her toned arms.
Blessed with luxuriously thick locks, Elizabeth let her mane roam freely in large and loose waves that were swept away from her face.

Go nude... in a Donna Karan dress like Elizabeth's
When it comes to jaw-droppingly gorgeous dresses, Elizabeth Hurley has always been able to pick them.
She normally sticks to designer labels like Versace (remember THAT safety pin dress?), Roberto Cavalli and Dolce & Gabbana, and when it comes to shoes it's Charlotte Olympia, Jimmy Choo or Christian Louboutin all the way.
But this time she mixed things up a bit, wearing a plunging nude dress with a daring thigh high split, which is by Donna Karan. When styled with a Paula Cademartori clutch bag and Jimmy Choo heels (told you!), she certainly turned one or two heads at the charity event she was attending in New York!

The star-studded bash was first launched in 2001 and aims to raise money towards breast cancer research.
The Hot Pink Party has pulled in over $54 million since it first kicked off, according to the foundation's website.
Last year when Elizabeth attended the Hot Pink Party, the actress reflected on how the issue of breast cancer has touched her.
Speaking to InStyle, Elizabeth said: 'I know so many people personally who have been affected by breast cancer, which makes it such a moving cause to me...I believe in this cause because I don't want this disease to scare women anymore.'
