With her big move to Los Angeles on the horizon, Alex Gerrard has been working out harder than ever before.
And Thursday morning was no exception for the WAG, who was spotted arriving at her local gym in Liverpool, geared up for another intense session.
As she hurried past onlookers, the 32-year-old showed off the results of her strict fitness regime, highlighting her toned legs in a pair of skintight yoga bottoms.

She teamed the leggings with a workout top which she wore underneath a stylish white jumper.
With her blonde tresses scraped back into a low ponytail, Alex appeared to be make-up for the gym session.
However, the lack of cosmetics covering her flawless complexion accentuated her natural beauty.
Keeping fit is something the busy mum-of-three factors into her life on a very regular basis, and she has also admitted that she feels better than ever, and has even noticed changes in herself in terms of definition.

Speaking to Closer magazine, the WAG discussed the recent snaps of herself that were revealed from her holiday in Dubai, where she proved her fitness gains in a skimpy bikini.
'I'm always dead critical of myself... but I do feel good at the moment. I've got a lot more definition than I thought I'd ever have. I've definitely noticed the difference most on my stomach and my legs,' she told the magazine.
The star - who is set to move to Los Angeles in late June with her husband and their three daughters due to the Liverpool FC footballer's signing with LA Galaxy - is also keen to keep her health and fitness up as much as possible.

'I just want to look my best out there because I know everyone in LA is so into their appearance, fitness and healthy eating,' she admitted.
The blonde beauty also admitted she looks better than she previously did: at 5ft 9in and just over 9st in weight, she is in better shape than ever before, and it shows.
'I'm a lot leaner and more toned now than I was before. Back then I obviously wasn't overweight, but I was unfit and probably had a bit of excess weight here and there.'
She added that her supportive husband is always complimenting her on her looks, and that his sporty job helps to motivate her to look her best.
