But on Sunday's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian admitted she can't leave home without her Spanx because she has gained 20 pounds.
The 34-year-old reality star looked in good form, however, as she showed off a tiny waistline in a semi-sheer black dress at her Kim Kardashian West for C&A press conference in Sao Paulo, Brazil on Monday.

On Sunday's episode of KUWTK Kim admitted she had certain insecurities about her looks.
'Everybody thinks, "She got her butt done and her hips done" and all this stuff,' said the brunette stunner.
'I'm like, "No, I'm legit 20 pounds heavier." I'm so insecure lately. Seriously, just with my weight. I cannot leave the house without Spanx.'
Kim then showed sister Kourtney, 36, some pictures from a nude photo shoot she had taken part in for her website. The shoot was earlier in the day.
Back to her old ways? Kim has admitted that she has difficulty staying away from tasty foods and admitted on her reality show that she has been eating Kentucky Fried Chicken and In-N-Out

Kim confessed she indulged in fast food before going in front of the camera.
'We went to KFC on the way there,' she said. 'Can you believe it?' But she only ate the chicken, she added. Kim has been on an Atkins Diet.
She added: ''I didn't eat the potatoes or anything like that.
'Just a fried, greasy bucket of chicken!' snapped Kourtney. Then Kim said on the way home they stopped by another fast food joint.
'And then we went to In-N-Out,' she said.
