Simon Cowell announced last week that Rita Ora would be joining The X Factor as a judge.
But, as the 24-year-old singer stepped out in a quirky outfit in New York on Sunday, it seems not everyone is happy with her decision to quit BBC's The Voice.
Script frontman Danny O'Donoghue, who was a judge on the BBC show for two series, has claimed he thinks it's wrong the Hot Right Now hitmaker turned her back on the programme.

But it seems that it's not just her career on her mind as she enjoys life across the pond, as she added a candid message yesterday to her Dad.
