Just a day after revealing she is expecting her second child with husband Kanye West, Kim Kardashian arrived at the CFDA Fashion Awards in New York on Monday night, in another thrilling red carpet look.
Kim 34, - whose stepfather Bruce Jenner unveiled herself today as a female named Caitlyn Jenner - wore a custom-made outfit by New York-based designer Proenza Schouler, that left little room for any sign of a bump.

Kim flashed her underwear underneath the mesh creation, that featured fringed shoulders and grommet details.
Speaking at the event to UsWeekly, Kim revealed that she's been suffering from 'really bad all-day morning sickness'.

She told them: 'To be honest, I've had really bad morning sickness, day sickness, night sickness — I can barley get out of bed,'
Adding: 'It's a very different type of pregnancy from my first one, but I'm so grateful to be pregnant when we didn't even think it was going to happen for us [so] I don't care how sick I am.'
Taking to her Instagram account earlier in the day, Kim commented on Caitlyn Jenner's Vanity Fair cover that has had everyone talking.

Kim also told PageSix at the event that Caitlyn looked 'beautiful' on the cover and revealed that she had helped lend the skills of her own 'glam squad' for the shoot.
She revealed: 'I loved being a part and helping to make Caitlyn feel really comfortable and confident. She would always ask me glam questions and stuff like that.'

Aside from speaking out about Caitlyn, Kim also talked about her second pregnancy with Glamour Magazine today.
Conducted two weeks before she broke the good new on the mid-season finale of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the reality star spoke about her well-documented struggle to conceive baby number two.
Speaking to Alex Morris, she confirmed her pregnancy simply saying: 'We are so beyond excited... The waiting and waiting has been a roller coaster.'

Opening up about how motherhood has changed her, she admitted: ‘It’s been the biggest lesson, and the biggest joy of my life. North has taught me patience. There’s nothing I wouldn’t do for her.
She continued: ‘And nothing I wouldn’t do for my husband. She’s empowered us to want to be the best parents and the best spouses.’
The star revealed that her attitude to fame has changed thanks to her role as a mother saying: ‘Now I enjoy my family time so much, there is this sense of, If it all went away, and I was just a mom, I would love my life.’
Kim dropped the bombshell news right at the end of Sunday's episode of the E! reality show.
