Her fiancé Taylor Kinney has already gifted her with a ten-carat, heart-shaped diamond engagement ring.
And on Sunday night Lady Gaga showed off her latest lavish present from her hunky husband-to-be, strutting out of her New York hotel in her new 12-inch Alexander McQueen heels.
The singer pulled out all the stops as she headed to U2's Madison Square Garden gig with Taylor, where the Born This Way singer took to the stage in another pair of her new favourite heels, bought for her at auction by her devoted fiancé.

The 29-year-old star showed off her eccentric sense of style as she strutted out of her hotel, showing off her long legs in a pair of fishnet tights and little else.
Gaga added black underwear and a skimpy top to her look, covering up with a statement coat from Alexander McQueen, which featured graffiti writing sprawled across the back.
Her hair and makeup were equally striking with a platinum blonde hairpiece adding plenty of volume.

Gaga added some sparkly eye decoration, finishing off the glam look with plenty of eyeliner and a glossy lip.
A pair of round retro sunglasses added to the look, but the most standout accessories were Gaga's sky-high heels.
The green snakeskin pair were in the same style as the height-enhancing heels that the fashion-lover first wore five years ago at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards.
When she hit the stage at U2's New York gig on Sunday, the singer wore another version of the handcrafted shoes as she joined Bono and co for a rendition of Ordinary Love.

The two designs plus another pair of heels were a present from the star's doting fiancé Taylor, who bought the designer shoes for $295,000 at a Christie's New York auction last week, reports Footwear News.
A delighted Gaga couldn't wait to show off her new shoes on Instagram over the weekend, sharing a photo of herself posing on her NYC balcony as she thanked her man in the caption, calling him the 'best fiancé ever.'
As well as putting a smile on Gaga's face, kind-hearted Taylor also contributed a huge sum to charity with his purchase, as profits from the auction went to UNICEF, which has earmarked the money to help earthquake victims in Nepal.
