Ali Lohan is supported by her mother Dina as she hosts rooftop event in NYC... amid claims her parents are shopping for a reality show
Her parents are said to be on the hunt for a new reality show documenting their broken relationship.
But on Tuesday Ali Lohan took centre-stage as she hosted the Ranbeeri Denim Launch Party - a brand she also models for - in New York.
Ali's mom Dina, 52, was on hand to support her as well as older brother Michael Jr. as they mingled with guests at the outdoor soiree.

The 5ft 9in brunette showed off her flat tummy in a crochet crop top and long pale denim shorts.
She added some inches to her slender frame with some studded heels and wore a chunky silver necklace to jazz up the outfit.
Dina flashed her cleavage in a figure-hugging little black dress which she teamed with matching platform pumps.
The mother-of-four left her lightened locks loose around her shoulders and kept a pair of stylish sunglasses in place throughout the evening.
Not seen at the event was Ali's Mean Girls star sister Lindsay, 29, who is currently busy living it up in the Greek isles.

According to the New York Daily News the parents of Lindsay Lohan have signed a contract to be producers with an equal share in an untitled show.
The plan is apparently to show Dina, 52, and Michael, 55, working through their damaged relationship.
'[Michael] and Dina are scheduled to do a family therapy show, and they signed contracts,' a source told the blog. 'They've been meeting with production companies, but no one has bought it yet.'
Should the exes find a buyer, the strategy will be to film a pilot episode and shop that to networks.
There could be some interest in televising the Lohan family drama, since Michael and Dina have a history of exploding spectacularly when together.

In 2013, their most recent on-air interaction on talk show The Test turned into a screaming match.
Unfortunately, reality television is reportedly less interested in the family now that Lindsay, 29, seems to have moved past her legal issues.
'In the past, shows wanted these two on to talk about Lindsay,' an unnamed producer told Confidenti@l.
Now, however, 'people care less about her and, by association, less about her parents. The chance of selling this idea is a long shot.'
This would not be the first reality venture for either Dina or Michael.

Dina, along with Ali, starred on an E! series, Living Lohan, which ran for nine episodes in 2008.
Michael, 55, meanwhile, had a stint on Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew in the VH1 series' fifth season in 2011.
Married in 1985 and the parents of four children - Lindsay, Ali, Michael Jr., and Cody - the Lohans separated in 1988 and again in 2005.
They finalized their divorce in 2007.
In addition to a child born out of wedlock in 1995, Michael is now the father of two young sons, Landon and Logan, with his current wife, Kate Major Lohan.
Neverending vacation: Meanwhile, Lindsay is living it up in Greece and regularly updating her Instagram with sunny holiday snaps
Exes on TV: According to reports, Dina and ex-husband Michael Lohan (pictured in 2011) are working together on a reality show they want to get produced
